A front the handball club PPD Zagreb’s match 05 rounds Gazprom SEHA League. On Wednesday 16 December in Varazdin odgrace the match with Hungarian champion and finalist EHF Champions MVM Veszprem. Zagreb coach expressed his opinion about the upcoming meeting.
– Difficult time for playing a match. I think that we have something more difficult or inconvenient to play at this point, and I must emphasize that we definitely not the advantage that the game is played on neutral ground. Varazdin is a beautiful city and the fans of handball in Varazdin they are wonderful people, but they are not fans of PPD Zagreb and Veszprem so with their few hundred spectators is at least equal, if not better position.
Given that our six injured players has not recovered and given the fact that we will run out in the same composition as in Skopje, I am left with nothing but to say that it is an absolute favorite in this match Veszprem. Our task is to play a good game, to provide strong resistance and that some younger players more affirming. It will be very difficult to keep pace with this Veszprem considering that our rotation a lot less, but we must give our best to play our best game at the moment.
