Selector women’s national team of Serbia, Saša Bošković, in a letter to the public has provided his view of its mandate, responsibilities and future:
– Decision of the Board RSS, four years ago I was appointed head coach of women’s senior national team Srbije.Na this place is set up with clear and concrete objectives and tasks by the end of the World Cup 2013. During the contract meet the following objectives: We launched at the European Championship 2012 – won the fourth place. Going to the Mediterranean Games in 2013 with the task of winning a medal – won the gold medal. The high position in the World Championship – won the silver medal.
After the World Cup we extended the contract until October 2016 with clear objectives and agreement of what we do during this period. After the contract extension new objectives were:
The European Championship in 2014 – has not been achieved placement in the second round
Going to the World Cup in 2015 – received wild cards
We have set ourselves the goal – the Olympic Games in 2016
Going to the Universiade 2015 with a mission to win a medal – won the bronze medal

I had the support of management RSS, but not part of the public either, even players who have played for the national team of Serbia. More attention has been directed towards the players who refused to play for the national team – do not play team selectors, but for Serbia. In iznuđenoj situation we were playing for the World Cup play-offs against the national team of Romania. The first game we lost and the other won, but the overall result was the successful team of Romania. Due to previous excellent results – world vice champion, champions of the Mediterranean, a good ranking on the list of the World Handball Federation we got the wild card.
This proves that from the beginning the strategy of the coaching staff and the Board RSS is going on all the major competitions:

When summarizing the results and make analysis of the answer is that it can always be better. It is true that we played much better this year at the World Cup than last year at the European Championships (although we played with the players who refused to play for Serbia). It is true that we played good matches in the group stage, we lost the match knockout stages of the better teams, the Netherlands. If we had a bad day, and they have played the game at the highest level. And before the World Cup I announced that I would not want to play the round of sixteen match against the Netherlands.
Set up a new system of games that girls are warm acceptance, and it takes time and a large number of strong and these kind of games. The shift in the video game and the second game of the play-offs where we are at home mastered Romania, presenting good game. I would point out that Romania is in the eighth finals of the World Championship kicked Brazilian team. Normally that through this process the players become mature and will play better and better. The most important thing is to believe in what they are doing and that they are shown the relationship in training and in matches.
The next move is reporting UO RSS, good analysis, curriculum what girls need a perspective to work to make things better would represent his country. Whatever decision is taken by the Board RSS, I will accept and carry out, because I am a soldier handball, farmer, a Serb and I am always ready to serve UO RSS, RSS Assembly and the state of Serbia.
