These are skills that are in the field of humanities, science medecinskih, the fan coaching management is quite broad. If it is already so the coach must be formed. He can not be expert in psychology, pedagogoiju or condition but may know that it is a segment in the whole chain uprvljanja. If it knows it can not successfully formed, the coaching staff, to be trained in all areas, to better handle the complete process. Such courses are extremely valuable, and the whole system of education that goes in this direction. The arrival of such a large number of trainers obliges trainers to be at the source of knowledge, on the other stârni receive feedback. We all work in a single direction.

How do you see cooperation with the Serbian Handball Federation on this project ?
– It’s great to have returned to the former so say our cooperation . There are some periods that shake the foundations on which they are made but I’m glad to RSS returned to the original system in which the coach is dominant. I am pleased with the great number of participants , who all learned nothing that at least they hear what all there . And there are many who are learned . RSS is a very serious , organized , conducted tests and informed all interested parties . Saves the other actions of this type , it is good to go to other schools in Novi Sad and Nis , to make our people more easily able to come to these seminars. We are friends with people from Rukimetnog Association of Serbia and easily , we have found a common position in all segments , even in that financial where people never easy to come to an agreement . They had full confidence in our staff. I’m really thrilled about all this and I hope that we will not give up from this in the coming decades .
You love sports, how do you see the development of handball sport in general?
– Baseball is my love. I grew up in the city of Vrbas handball. I remember from childhood visits to the handball match any lower leagues, as well as later when the club became handball factor. Handball is very kopleksan compared to other sports fields and games, search an entire array of skills. Beautiful game in which live, the rules have changed and there have been numerous hits which contributed to the popularization. We are always unhappy when we get back from the competition without a medal, but a small country of seven million inhabitants, it is one central Chinese city, occupies a high position in the men’s handball Relationship Type and it is a pride for all of us. I enjoy and look forward to but also because of all this, I tremble for the future.
