Ljubomir Obradović, the selector of the women’s handball national team of Serbia, is the new coach of the Women’s Handball Club Naisa from Niš. He will replace the experienced coach Svetislav Jovanović on the bench, who will stay at the club and work with the younger categories.
The management of the club, with the support of the City – the Mayor and the councilor in charge of youth and sports, set the goal of winning the championship title as the primary goal.
Ljubomir Obradović is the current selector of the Serbian women’s national team. With the youth national team of Yugoslavia, he won gold at the European Championship in 2000. From 2014 to 2016, he was the coach of Montenegro. In his rich coaching career in club handball, he proved himself in Portugal, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia…
The new coach will lead Naisa on Wednesday at the opening of the championship season against Radnicki in Kragujevac.
