The scout started preparations for the next season in which the club hopes to play the regional SEHA league, although there are no official confirmations for that.
If they were to play this competition, which, most likely, would have been necessary for all the indicators, will have more than 30 days to prepare, as the SEHA League should start on August 28th.
– It’s a little less time than needed, especially when an entirely new team agrees like this. But what is, there is – said new coach Scout Mario Bjeliš (41).
Formerly occasional Croatian handball player is the coach for the sixth season. Three years ago, Metkovic had been in charge for the past three years, followed by two seasons in Split, both clubs in the First Croatian League and the second ranking of the competition.
– When contacted by the Scout Administration, I accepted the invitation. Nevertheless, it is the club that is the champion of the state, each year fighting for the title, and the SEHA league is a special bait for everyone, both for players and coaches. It is certainly a great challenge – said Bjeliš.
