The International Handball Federation (IHF) has selected the best coaches in 2019. The world champion with Denmark, Nikolaj Jacobsen, that is, the planetary champion with the selection of the Netherlands, the Frenchman Emmanuel Mayonnade, were chosen as the best.
During 2019, Jakobsen had a bad end to the cooperation with Rhine Neckar Leuven without a chance to win a trophy in the Bundesliga, while Mayonnade won the award for the best coach of the women’s EHF Champions League with the French Metz in the same year.
