Metalurg coach of young team, Alexei Lembanov, received the recommendation of IOC and RFM to go to training in Budapest for three months.

Lembanov will participate in training for trainers from March 18 to June 7, 2019, as part of a program at the University of Budapest in Hungary, authorized by the International Olympic Committee for Training and Specialization for a Professional Coach. All financial training costs in the amount of about 10,000 USD are provided by the Macedonian Olympic Committee. The contract was signed between the Sports Director of the IOC Vladimir Bogoevsky and the handball coach proposed by RFM, Alexei Lembanov, and in the presence of the chairman of the training organization RFM, prof. Dr. Gina Strezovsky.

Lembanov at the end of the training takes exams before the Examination Committee. Teaching staff will be composed of university professors, best Hungarian experts, qualified trainers, sports scientists and experts from Hungary, and international lecturers will be invited to hold lectures.
