Zikica Milosavljevic, former captain of the national team of Yugoslavia, once the best right wing of the planets, now in the position of Lokomotiva coach from Brcko, was suspended for 14 months because of the incident after the match of the 15th Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Gorazde, where the home team celebrated with 24: 23.
Competition commissioner Zdenko Alpeza decided to annul the match in Gorazde, as the analysis showed that the hosts „extended“ the match for 7.81 seconds in which the winning goal was scored.
Gorazde has 15 days to schedule a new match, and since the club has been punished with a ban on playing three matches in its hall, Lokomotiv will host another place, at least 30 kilometers away. The opponent of the match was fined 500 KM (250 euros)
Delegate Damir Gadžo was removed from the list of delegates for the current season, while the timekeeper Elvir Bijedić was suspended at six, and the scorer Semir Mirvić for three months.
In the decision of the RS, there is no explanation for penalties other than the duration of the match. Milosavljevic does not dispute that the incident existed, but also announced a complaint against the decision:
– The one who knows me, both privately and on the ground, knows how peaceful I am. Control of behavior is what has adorned me throughout my career, and I kept it now. The truth is, I had a verbal duel with the delegate, I asked him to react to the apparent theft of time, and he pretended not to see or hear. Then I pushed him to the shoulder in order to make him look at me. I agree that the sentence should be rigorous when it comes to attacking an official person, hitting and similar, but this is too much, because I do not believe that the retraction can be submerged – Milosavljevic told local media.
