The European Handball Federation (EHF) has sent a letter to all federations and clubs playing in the European Cups where they are offered the opportunity to express their views on changing rules and interpretation of the rules.
The opinions will be collected by March 14th and then the EHF will build the position and perform in IHF when the time comes for changing rules where the rules inevitably have to change as IHF can not change the rules before the Olympic Games in Tokyo. After Tokyo follows the changes, the question is first of all seven to six, but other changes are possible. We will remind you that much is said about the idea of limiting time in the attack, changing the player only when the team is attacked and the like. If at least some of the ideas are applied, handball will get a completely different look.
