Bojan Uncanin, the coach of the Borac M: body handball player, is satisfied with his work during the seven-day preparations in Makarska.
– The preparations were good, we had very good working conditions. We worked a bit with the ball because the accent was on the acquisition of physical fitness, so we made a good base for continuing preparations, that is, for the entire half-season. I am satisfied with what was done, Uncanin said.
After several training in the ball in Banja Luka, the Borca team will start playing control games starting February 1. The first rival to Borac will be Zamet in Rijeka, and one day later, on February 2, he will meet the Poreč team in Poreč. The plan is to play six or seven test matches until the start of the second half of the Premier League, but the selection of the rivals is not very large.
– The problem is that the league in the environment starts earlier. We also wanted to play friendly matches with Serbian clubs, but their league continues for the weekend, so we will have to adjust. There will be weaker opponents and those who are tailor-made, but I believe that we will be ready to wait for the Premiership, continued Uncanin.
Borac is free at the start of the second part, so the competition will begin on March 2nd. After 12 games, he takes the third place in the table (28 points) behind the Central Insurance Scout (30) and Vogošća Poljine Hills (31)
