Aleksandar Bojkovski develops African handball

The young Macedonian coach Aleksandar Bojkovski, who has been working in Africa for the past several years and helping to develop the handball of this continent, has been in great success and has recently taken over Kumanovo with which he start to wining.

From 2013 to 2017, he worked with the Gabonese team. Participated in 2014 in Algeria at the Senior Senior Championship in Africa in 2014, in Kenya at the African Junior Championship and 2016 in Egypt at the Senior Senior Senior Championship. In 2018, he began to work as a technical advisor and youth coordinator in Nigeria and already in September, Nigeria was a great surprise at the African championship in Morocco for U19 and U21 players where they won the 3rd place.

At the recently completed IHF trophy intercontinental tournament, U19 players lost in the final of the Chinese Tiepi in the last seconds of the match (27:26), but they were a great surprise where they won silver.

In the half-season he returned to his his motherland and took over the MRK Kumanovo, which in the first part had only one victory from 16 games in the 1st Macedonian League. In the last five games, they recorded four wins, and Boykovsky pointed out that he could seriously count on him.
