RSS Board at meeting held on October 14, 2019, following an electronic statement by members on October 15, 2019. Pursuant to Article 64, paragraph 2, item. 17 and 30 of the RSS Statute in accordance with Art. 10 and 23 of the Rulebook on RSS Handball Representatives and the Rulebook on Closer Requirements for Performing Sporting Activities and Sports Activities, made the decision to launch a public competition for:
Coordinator of professional work in junior men’s national team selections,
coach of the men’s cadet handball team,
coach of the men’s pioneering handball team, i
coach of the Serbian junior pioneer national team.
The candidate in the competition should:
meet the requirements in accordance with the law,
that there are no restrictions on his election under Article 23 of the RSS Statute,
to have a Permit to operate at the appropriate level,
have at least a Rinck Category 3,
has at least 5 years of coaching experience in clubs or national teams,
to have respectable results in his coaching work,
that there is no conflict of interest in accordance with the relevant Regulations,
that he possesses sporting and moral qualities and a high reputation in handball in Serbia, Europe and the world.
The candidate referred to in paragraph 1, item. 1, 3 and 4, in addition to the general conditions referred to in paragraph 2, must have a higher or higher education in the field of physical education and sports, or be, in addition to basic professional qualifications, and specially proficient in professional work with children, in accordance with Article 26, paragraph 2 and Article 29, para. 1–4. Of the Act, except in the cases referred to in Article 180 (2) of the Act and possessing a Level I Work Permit.
The candidate in the competition is obliged to submit the following documentation:
application for the competition,
work biography with special reference to formal education, sports education, playing career and coaching career and results achieved,
plan and program of work for the next four-year period with goals in each year,
terms of engagement.
The candidate in the competition may also submit during the competition process:
recommendations from clubs, federations and prominent handball professionals,

other documentation relevant to the selection (certificates, minutes, newsletters).
The fulfillment of the conditions from paragraph 2 indents 3 and 4 and paragraph 3 will be determined by the commission for conducting the competition and preparing the proposal of the list of candidates, by accessing the Official Gazette RSS.
The competition is open 7 (seven) days from the date of publication.
All interested candidates are obliged to submit the complete documentation in a sealed envelope with the name „FOR COMPETITION“, by mail or in person to the address Handball Federation of Serbia, Tosin bunar 272, 11070 Belgrade.
