Dragan Djukic has been officially launched as the national coach of men’s handball team of Montenegro. Serbian experts succeeded Ljubomir Obradovic.
Đukić had the courage, enthusiasm and optimism that delicate moment take the bench of the Montenegrin national team.

– I believe that Montenegro with potential and talent has to be much better than it was in previous competitions, I’m not optimistic that I would not be here today, said Djukic.
His first task is to hold talks with all potential candidates for the national team.
– I think that every team member must respect the code of presenting their country and when there is pulling on it, and maybe more when you are not wearing it. Montenegro has young players who are in the process of maturation, and adults need to have understanding for children. I’m not saying that they are small and they do not know their actions, but I think that we need to have understanding. We need also to set some boundaries, and the sport they know. We do not judge anyone, but everyone must be held accountable for their actions.
It will be seen, too, will be combined and experienced guys like Rakčević I Simovića, as well as goalkeeper Simic, who has not been asked for a long time, and then did not respond to the invitation.
– We are not the Soviet Union, 250 million people do not have that we give up anyone – the elderly and the young, and high and low. We need to take care of every individual, and those who carry, and about those who wore jersey. I will try to be the best team, but it carries a certain responsibility, said Djukic.
