The Croatian Handball Federation has made a decision and planned, if epidemiological conditions allow, to organize a regular annual coaching seminar of the Coaches’ Association from September 4 to 6, 2020, in Zadar, during the final tournament of the SEHA-Gazprom League.
At the request of the HRS coaching community, on August 27, the Ministry of Tourism and Sports received an opinion from August 28, in which they support the justification of the Croatian Handball Federation’s position that the coaching seminar in Zadar should not be held due to the current worsening epidemiological situation in Croatia.
Considering that the Croatian Handball Federation communicates on a daily basis with the National Staff and the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, and taking into account the opinion of the said ministry and profession, the central seminar is postponed indefinitely.
All coaches are exempt from paying for licenses, so they will receive licenses for all levels of competition, in accordance with previous decisions according to the prescribed procedure.
